The location is convenient, with a supermarket nearby for any essentials you may need during your stay. Additionally, the basic amenities are well taken care of, and the breakfast provided is satisfying.

The welcoming and accommodating proprietors. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Lovely, well-kept pool. Comfortable beds. Spacious unit. Convenient and easy to find location. Access to expressway and Napier Centre. Clean and relaxing spa and pool. Helpful and amazing staff member, Jodi. Assistance with laundry and facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect with a well-fenced area and a nearby supermarket, making it convenient for all my needs. Secondly, the staff was friendly and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and tidy, with basic amenities and a TV in both the lounge area and the bedroom. I also appreciated the option of having breakfast at the hotel. great value for money and attention to detail.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, being near a supermarket and in the city center. The well-fenced area provides a sense of security and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms in the lounge instead of the bedroom offer added comfort.
All was okay, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel was really convenient for us. We were close to supermarkets and a park, which was great for our family. The pool and spa facilities were also a nice addition for our relaxation. the staff was welcoming and made us feel at home.
The amenities provided were incomplete and we had to keep asking for more towels and toiletries. The bed was also not comfortable, which made it difficult to sleep through the night.

The location of this hotel was quite convenient. It was close to a supermarket and right in the city center. We also attended a concert at Mission Estate winery, and it was just a few minutes' drive away. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, such as clean towels and sheets.
The staff did not provide enough towels for all the guests despite being informed beforehand.
